Healthy ageing in Istanbul, planned with you

Follow-up conversation used when planning a coordinated longevity program after time in Istanbul
A well-aging program continues after the flight home. Partner physicians own the medical plan; Estefulya coordinates the path around it.

A longevity week should begin with your current health, not with a protocol. This guide looks at metabolic health, nutrition, sleep, muscle and lifestyle, then at the specialists that file actually needs. Supportive therapies such as ozone or hyperbaric oxygen enter only when a physician thinks they belong.

Estefulya Global helps you see which layers fit, introduces you to independent physicians, and stays in touch after you fly home. Diagnosis and treatment sit with those doctors.

Where the program begins

Where the program begins

Health Assessment

Healthy ageing starts with a clear baseline: history, labs, and a partner physician's reading, not a menu of drips.

01

History, labs, and review first

02

No protocol before a baseline

03

A written picture you can take home

Anyone considering a longevity week. The first honest step is a picture of how you are now.

A longevity program that skips assessment is guesswork. Partner physicians need to know how you feel, which medicines and supplements you take, and what your blood work actually shows before anyone talks about the next layer.

This is the same discipline as a health check-up, used as the frame of a longer plan. Some people stay in assessment and go home with a written path. That can be the most useful week of all.

We gather records, sequence the draws and reviews, and keep the file moving. Partner physicians own the medical reading.

How your body uses energy

Metabolic Health

How your body uses energy

How your body uses energy

Metabolic Health

Metabolic health is often the quiet centre of a well-ageing plan: how you process food, rest, and stress over time.

01

Sugar, lipids, and energy in one frame

02

Not a three-day reset promise

03

Follow-up after the flight matters

People thinking about blood sugar, weight, energy, or a family pattern of metabolic disease.

Energy, weight, and later-life risk often sit in the same conversation. A partner physician may look at glucose, lipids, liver markers, and the story of how you eat and move, then decide whether anything medical belongs in the week.

We do not treat a metabolic week as a crash diet in Istanbul. The useful output is a clearer map and a follow-up path you can keep at home.

Tell us about diabetes medicines, supplements, and any recent labs. Hidden tablets change what is safe.

Food as part of the plan

Nutrition

Food as part of the plan

Food as part of the plan

Nutrition

Nutrition sits beside the medical plan: what you eat in Istanbul and what you can actually keep when you go home.

01

Eating and labs belong together

02

The week has to be livable

03

Home habits matter more than one menu

People who want eating, deficiencies, and travel-week meals treated as part of healthy ageing, not as an afterthought.

A longevity week that ignores food is half a plan. Partner teams may look at deficiencies, weight history, and how you eat under stress, then give you something more useful than a generic meal list.

Hotel breakfasts, fasting mornings, and restaurant nights all have to live on the same calendar. We plan that. Clinical advice about diet still belongs to the treating team.

If you have a known allergy, a restrictive pattern, or a supplement stack, write it in the first message.

Rest, jet lag, and recovery

Sleep

Rest, jet lag, and recovery

Rest, jet lag, and recovery

Sleep

Sleep is a medical and practical subject. Jet lag, hotel noise, and unreviewed sleep problems all change how a week should be built.

01

Jet lag is part of the plan

02

Hotel and draw times have to respect rest

03

Chronic sleep problems need honest follow-up

People whose ageing worry is really exhaustion, poor sleep, or a body that no longer recovers after travel.

Many people who ask for longevity are asking for rest they have not had in years. A partner physician may want to understand snoring, night waking, medicines, and caffeine before anyone adds a session to the calendar.

We choose hotels and pickup times with that in mind. A late IST arrival should not be followed by a 7 a.m. fasting draw if you cannot function.

Sleep advice from a week in Istanbul is a start. It is not a cure for years of night-shift living. We say that early.

Strength as you age

Muscle Health

Strength as you age

Strength as you age

Muscle Health

Muscle health is part of healthy ageing: how you move, recover, and keep strength as the years add up.

01

Strength and mobility belong in the file

02

Not a tourist workout package

03

Injury and surgery history changes the plan

People who want to keep muscle, mobility, and training capacity in the conversation, not only blood tests.

Loss of muscle is one of the quieter changes of midlife. A partner team may talk about training history, injury, protein, and whether any specialist input is useful, rather than handing you a gym slogan.

This is not a bootcamp holiday. If you are recovering from surgery or an injury, say so. The week should protect you, not exhaust you.

We coordinate the appointments and the quiet time around them. Clinical and physiotherapy decisions stay with partner professionals.

The week around the medicine

Lifestyle

The week around the medicine

The week around the medicine

Lifestyle

Lifestyle is the part you take home. Istanbul can give it structure. It cannot replace the year you live after the flight.

01

Work, stress, and recovery are in scope

02

The useful result is a home plan

03

We will slow an unrealistic week

People who want alcohol, stress, work rhythm, and recovery treated as part of the program, not as small talk.

A well-ageing plan that ignores how you work, drink, sit, and recover will not last past the airport. Partner physicians and coordinators both need that picture.

We help you leave with next steps that fit a real calendar. That may be as simple as what to repeat in three months, or as practical as how to talk with your physician at home.

If your goal is a packed tourist list plus a miracle protocol, say so. Honest programs often make that mix unrealistic.

The right physicians for the file

Specialist Care

The right physicians for the file

The right physicians for the file

Specialist Care

We match the specialists the assessment actually calls for, instead of selling a single wellness room as the whole program.

01

The file decides the specialties

02

Matching is our work

03

Each physician keeps clinical responsibility

People whose plan may need more than one specialty: internal medicine, endocrinology, cardiology, or another named field.

Healthy ageing is rarely one doctor's subject. After the first reading, a partner internist may want endocrinology, cardiology, sleep, or another pair of eyes. That is a strength of a coordinated week, not a complication.

Estefulya's job is to make those introductions and keep the calendar humane. Consent and clinical decisions stay with each treating physician.

If you already have a trusted doctor at home, we plan so you can take a clean file back to them.

Options after the assessment

Supportive Therapies

Options after the assessment

Options after the assessment

Supportive Therapies

Ozone, hyperbaric oxygen, IV support, and similar options sit after the assessment. They are never the whole program.

01

Only after a medical baseline

02

Ozone and hyperbaric are options, not promises

03

A physician may decline them. That is acceptable

People open to supervised supports such as IV therapy, ozone, or hyperbaric oxygen only if a partner physician thinks they belong.

Once a partner physician has a baseline, they may discuss supportive therapies. Those can include intravenous support, and, when the history and facility make it appropriate, ozone or hyperbaric oxygen. None of these is a default. None of them reverses age.

We will not book a drip-only or chamber-only trip that skips the review. If a physician leaves these off the plan, that is a good clinical decision, not a smaller package.

Hormone conversation, if it happens at all, belongs in the same honest sequence: labs, history, in-person review, then a decision that may be to wait.

What a longevity program actually is

Assessment first, then the layers that fit your file

What longevity and healthy ageing care is

Longevity & Healthy Ageing: What longevity and healthy ageing care is

A longevity or healthy ageing program is a sequenced plan for looking at how you are ageing and what, if anything, a partner medical team would discuss next. It is not a single drip, a secret injection, or a week that resets your birthday. In the journeys we coordinate, the program starts with a health assessment: history, a physical exam when you arrive, and laboratory work chosen by a partner physician. Only after those facts exist do the other layers open: metabolic health, nutrition, sleep, muscle, lifestyle, named specialists, and, when appropriate, supportive therapies.

Healthy ageing means you want to stay capable, clear-headed, and as well as your starting point allows, with less guesswork. A program can give you a baseline, a written set of next steps, and a follow-up path after Istanbul. It cannot promise that wrinkles will lift or that you will feel ten years younger on the flight home. Independent partner physicians design and deliver the medical parts at partner facilities. Estefulya plans the journey around that work.

01

Health assessment as the frame

Assessment is the part that makes the rest honest. A partner physician needs to know how you feel day to day, which medicines and supplements you already take, what diagnoses you carry, and whether family history changes risk. Blood work can look at blood counts, kidney and liver function, blood sugar, lipids, thyroid markers, iron stores, vitamin levels, and, when the history points there, selected hormone markers. Without that frame, an infusion is a guess poured into a vein.

02

Metabolic health, nutrition, sleep, and muscle

These are the everyday systems that decide how you age. Metabolic health looks at energy, glucose, lipids, and weight over time. Nutrition looks at how you eat in Istanbul and what you can keep at home. Sleep includes jet lag, hotel rhythm, and unreviewed night problems. Muscle health keeps strength and mobility in the file, not only blood tests. None of these is a tourist add-on. They are why a longevity week is more than a lab printout.

03

Lifestyle and the specialists the file needs

Lifestyle is the part you take home: work, stress, alcohol, recovery. Specialist care is how we match internal medicine, endocrinology, cardiology, or another field when the assessment calls for it. Estefulya's work is to keep those introductions humane and the calendar livable. Each physician keeps clinical responsibility.

04

Supportive therapies, only when they belong

Once a baseline exists, a partner physician may discuss intravenous support, and, when history and facility make it appropriate, ozone or hyperbaric oxygen. Hormone conversation, if it happens at all, follows the same sequence. These options are not defaults and they are not an ageing cure. A physician may leave them off the plan. That is a good clinical decision, not a smaller package.

How we sit in this journey

What Estefulya does before, during, and after Istanbul

Who we are in a longevity journey

Longevity & Healthy Ageing: Who we are in a longevity journey

For healthy ageing, Estefulya Global helps you understand your health picture, weigh the layers that actually fit, and introduce you to independent physicians. We organise the week and stay with you after you fly home. Which tests to order, and whether any supportive therapy belongs, sit with that physician.

Our office is in Fulya, Şişli, Istanbul, at Teşvikiye Mah. Hakkı Yeten Cad. No:11 D:51, Fulya Terrace Center 2. This is where we meet you and walk through the plan. Blood draws, physician exams, and any supportive sessions happen at the facilities chosen for your program.

Messages, laboratory files, and medical notes are shared only with Estefulya coordinators and the relevant partner physicians who need them for assessment and care coordination. Files are encrypted in transit and stored for that purpose. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for unrelated marketing lists. If a new specialist is added to the conversation, your coordinator should tell you why. That rule matters here because hormone and metabolic files can feel more private than a hotel booking, and they should be treated that way.

Across the platform, not only longevity programs, we have coordinated 5,000+ healthcare journeys, with 98% satisfaction reported in our internal follow-up, patients from 80+ countries, and 15+ years of combined healthcare experience on our team. Those figures describe the platform. They do not predict how you will feel after an infusion or whether a hormone marker will move. A well-aging journey still depends on your history, your labs, the partner physician's judgment, and what you do after you fly home. When we match you, we look at your goals, current medicines, travel window, and the kind of program a partner team actually runs. We would rather send you toward a structured health check-up first than push you into wellness sessions that do not fit the problem you described.

Who this path may suit

Educational notes, not a diagnosis

Who a coordinated longevity program is for, and who should wait

Longevity & Healthy Ageing: Who a coordinated longevity program is for, and who should wait

People who write to us about longevity usually fall into a few practical groups. Some feel well and want a structured week that starts with labs instead of a menu of drips they saw online. Some already work with a physician at home and want a coordinated block of screening plus optional support while they are in Istanbul. Some are thinking about hormone questions and know they need a baseline before anyone talks about treatment. Some want help organizing sleep, nutrition, and recovery around a busy year. None of those stories automatically qualifies or disqualifies you. They tell us which questions to ask and which partner physicians to involve in a preliminary review.

A coordinated international program asks more of you than buying a day pass at a wellness studio. You will fly, sit for blood work, and spend hours in facilities you do not yet know. Jet lag can change how you sleep and how some numbers look. That can still be a useful week if you treat it as a program: intake, tests, review, optional sessions, written next steps. It is a poor fit if you cannot take time off, if you expect to feel transformed before the last appointment, or if you want a companion itinerary of late dinners and hammams on every infusion day. If your main need is a same-week miracle before an event, say so early. Honest screening timelines often make that request unrealistic.

Who should wait matters as much as who should travel. If you are pregnant, trying to conceive this cycle, or breastfeeding, many partner physicians will pause elective infusions and hormone experiments. If you have an uncontrolled long-term condition (unmanaged blood pressure, unstable blood sugar, a recent hospital stay, active infection, or an unreviewed heart or kidney problem), the medical team may ask for clearance or a different kind of visit first. Active or recent cancer treatment is not a chapter to route around with wellness travel. If you want hormones because a podcast suggested they would fix energy, and you have never had labs, we will steer you toward screening. Bring anticoagulants, insulin, and supplement lists. Hidden medicines are one of the fastest ways for a remote review to miss a risk.

Unrealistic goals are another reason to pause. A request to reverse aging, guarantee a hormone result, or replace your home physician with a three-day protocol is a planning problem, not a booking problem. A partner physician may decline infusions, decline hormone starts, or propose only labs and a written plan. Estefulya does not diagnose you. Educational notes on this page are not a medical opinion about your case. Age alone does not decide fitness to travel. Bring a current medicine list and any recent lab files. A partner physician may still want a fresh draw after you arrive, because travel and timing change context.

01

Write what you want from the week as two lists: questions you want answered, and sessions you hope might be appropriate after labs.

02

Tell us about diagnoses, medicines, supplements, and any hormone or infusion history, with approximate years.

03

Expect a personalised preliminary assessment, not a promise that IV, NAD+, or hormone support will be on the plan.

04

Be ready to wait or to start with a health check-up if illness, pregnancy, recent treatment, or life timing makes a wellness-heavy week unwise.

10 scenes

After you fly

10

  1. 01

    First message

You write on WhatsApp or through the short inquiry form on this website. Name, country, a way to reach you, and a few sentences about energy, sleep, hormones, screening, or recovery are enough to open a file. You do not need medical vocabulary. If you already have a travel month in mind, mention it. If you already take hormones or get infusions at home, say that in the first note. A coordinator replies to confirm we understood and to tell you what would help next. There is no countdown clock and no instruction to book a drip before anyone has read your history.

  2. 02

    Records and recent labs

If a preliminary review would be useful, the coordinator explains which files help: a medicine and supplement list, diagnoses you already know, and any lab reports from the last year if you have them. Photos of your face are not the point of this path. We do not use before-and-after age-reversal pictures to plan a program. Records travel only to coordinators and the relevant partner physicians. They are not sold. If you have no recent labs, we still start. Screening in Istanbul can create the first baseline.

  3. 03

    Coordinator review

A coordinator reads your message the way a planner reads a brief. They sort goals, current treatments, health notes, and travel constraints. They flag missing facts rather than guessing. They do not grade your biological age. They prepare a clean summary for a partner physician. If a file is hard to read because of a phone photo or a missing page, they may ask for one clearer copy. This is also when we decide whether your case looks like a screening-led program, a program that might later include IV or NAD+ options, or a journey that should begin as a broader health check-up instead.

  4. 04

Partner physician input for a preliminary assessment

The summary and records go to a relevant partner physician in our network. That person comments on what the history suggests, what cannot be judged remotely, and what options might be discussed in person after new labs. We turn that input into a personalised preliminary assessment written in ordinary language. It may mention possible focus areas such as metabolic screening, a vitamin question, or the need to wait on hormone talk until numbers exist. It will not read like a standing order for NAD+ or a hormone prescription. If two directions are plausible, we say so. You should finish this step knowing more about questions to ask, not believing the week is already decided.

  5. 05

    Questions, options, and next steps

You receive the assessment and a chance to ask follow-up questions. People often ask how many days to stay, whether a companion should travel, whether they can work from the hotel between appointments, and whether they can request a specific drip they saw online. We answer what belongs to coordination. The physician answers what belongs to medicine, sometimes through us, sometimes on a scheduled call. If the assessment suggests waiting, more records, or a check-up path first, we say that plainly. You decide whether to continue toward dates. Nothing in this step books an infusion chair without your agreement and the partner facility's process.

  6. 06

Travel dates, hotel, transfers, and interpreter

Once you want to move forward, we work backward from the care window the partner team can offer. You book your own flights in most journeys. We help you choose arrival and departure days that leave room for fasting blood work if needed, a physician review, and any sessions that only make sense after results. Hotel options are usually near the partner facility or along a simple route to Fulya. Airport pickup can be arranged from Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gokcen (SAW). If you need an interpreter at the facility, we schedule that as a named part of the itinerary.

  7. 07

Arrival and office or facility flow

On arrival, a driver typically meets you at the door you were told to use. You go to the hotel first in many plans so you can wash, eat if you are not fasting, and sleep. The next block on the calendar is often a visit to the Consultation and Coordination Office, a meeting at the partner facility, or both. Bring your passport, medicine list, and copies of any records you already sent. The office visit is for orientation: who picks you up tomorrow, where you wait, how to reach the coordinator after hours. The facility visit is for the physician's exam and the first blood draw. Those two meetings should not blur into one identity.

  8. 08

Care days: what we do and what the partner team does

On a screening or session day we stay with you on the ground: the car, the interpreter if booked, fasting instructions, and a way for a companion to wait. Your doctor and the facility team lead consent, the draw, the review of results, and any decision about IV support or next steps. If the physician postpones an infusion because a lab or a symptom makes it unwise, we rework cars and rooms so the plan still holds.

  9. 09

    Program window in the city

The days in Istanbul are usually spent so the partner team can see you more than once: after the first labs, after a possible session, and before you fly. Coordinators check in on comfort, meals, and whether you need a pharmacy run for something the physician already approved. We do not invent a guaranteed number of nights. Many longevity conversations use several days to about a week as a planning range. Extra tests or a long-haul flight can stretch that range. Do not book a tight turnaround that leaves no room for a follow-up visit if the physician asks for one.

  10. 10

    Flight home and remote follow-up

When the treating team is comfortable with you flying, we confirm transfer timing to IST or SAW and remind you about hydration and walking the aisle when allowed. After you land at home, follow-up continues by message on a schedule the physician and coordinator agree with you. Early notes are for safety and new symptoms, not for judging whether you look younger. If something feels wrong (fever after a line was placed, chest pain, severe headache, or a reaction you were told to watch for), you contact us and we escalate to the partner team. Routine questions about repeat labs and how to share reports with your home physician use the same channel. Local emergency care where you live still comes first if you are in acute trouble.

Planning the Istanbul week

Stay ranges, packing, airports, and office hours

Planning your visit

Longevity & Healthy Ageing: Planning your visit

Stay length is the question people ask first after they understand who designs the medical plan. For many screening-led longevity programs, coordinators and partner teams talk about remaining in Istanbul for several days. When the plan may include more than one physician review plus optional IV or NAD+ sessions, the conversation often moves toward about a week. That range covers arrival rest, fasting draws if needed, result review, and early in-person checks. It is a planning habit, not a guaranteed night count. Extra imaging, a result that should not be ignored before you fly, or a long flight home can add days. If you feel unwell, the physician may ask you to stay longer or to skip a session. Build flexibility into tickets when you can.

Time off work should cover more than the flight. The first morning may be an early, empty-stomach blood draw. Later days may hold reviews that you cannot move because the lab turnaround sits between them. Desk work from the hotel is often possible if you do not need to be on camera every hour. Heavy training, late nightlife, and heat-heavy sightseeing fight the point of a well-aging week. Ask the partner team before you book a Bosphorus cruise on an infusion afternoon.

Companions are practical. A second adult helps with bags, night comfort, and the first hours after a longer session if you feel tired or lightheaded. Some adults travel alone and do well because transfers and check-ins are already booked. If you live with dizziness, needle anxiety, or a language you do not want to manage while fasting, bring someone. Children should not be your only support in the hotel. Tell us who is coming so the driver and the front desk expect the right headcount.

Istanbul has two main international airports. Istanbul Airport (IST) sits on the European side and handles many long-haul arrivals. Sabiha Gokcen (SAW) sits on the Asian side and is common for certain carriers. Transfer time depends on hour, traffic, and which side your hotel is on. We schedule pickup from the airport written on your ticket. If your inbound flight changes, send the new number as soon as you have it. A late arrival usually goes straight to the hotel. Fasting for a next-morning draw is easier if you are not still in the air at midnight.

The Consultation and Coordination Office keeps weekday hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Sunday by appointment only. After-hours emergencies go through the contact channel your coordinator gives you, then to the partner facility if the issue is medical. Coordinators work in English and, depending on who is assigned, Arabic, German, or French. Say your preferred language in the first message. Interpreter support at the facility is scheduled separately when you need a language the treating team does not speak.

01

Comfortable layers for early lab mornings and air-conditioned waiting rooms.

02

Your usual medicines in original packaging, plus a written list of doses and supplements.

03

Recent lab reports on paper or on your phone, even if they are incomplete.

04

A refillable water bottle for the hours after a draw or a session, if the physician allows fluids.

05

Passport, insurance cards if you carry them, and the name of the physician you use at home.

On the ground in Istanbul

Pickup, hotel, interpreter, and check-ins

What happens after you land

Quiet hotel stay used during a coordinated well-aging program in Istanbul
Hotel nights are planned around fasting draws, reviews, and rest. Pickup is arranged from Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gokcen (SAW).

The first hour in Istanbul should feel boring in a good way. A driver meets you, helps with luggage, and takes the mapped route to the hotel. If you land late, we do not drag you to an office meeting or a blood draw. Sleep is part of safety and part of how useful the first labs will be. If you land early and feel clear-headed, a short orientation at the coordination office can happen the same day. Water, a simple meal if you are not fasting, and rest matter more than a city tour.

Hotels we suggest are chosen for a quiet room, a reliable front desk, and a car time that makes sense for the partner facility. You are not required to take the first option. If you have loyalty points or need an adjoining room for a parent, say so. We separate hotel billing from medical billing so you can see which invoice is which. Room service on a fasting morning is often easier than restaurant hours. If a room is too noisy for sleep, we treat that as a coordination problem and look for a change. Sleep is not a luxury add-on in a well-aging week. It is part of the program.

Interpreter support, when booked, is for medical conversations: consent, the exam, the meaning of a lab line, and any talk about IV, NAD+, or hormones. The interpreter is not a tour guide and is not a decision-maker. You can still speak English directly with many partner teams. Coordinators also translate plans into ordinary language after the visit, so you leave with a written sense of what was said. If two people in the room heard two different versions of a restriction (no alcohol after a session, no gym, wait on a supplement), we stop and clarify before the car leaves.

Facility visits follow the partner hospital, laboratory, or medical center's rules. You will show identification, meet nursing staff, and sit for the physician. Estefulya staff may wait in a lobby or join an agreed portion of the conversation. We do not start lines or handle samples. After a draw or a session, early check-ins are usually short: how you feel, whether the next appointment still holds, and whether a result review has been scheduled. Coordinators ask how you slept, whether you are drinking enough if you were told to, and whether the hotel still works.

The program days in the city mix medical visits and ordinary support. Someone may need a pharmacy for an item the physician already named. Someone may worry at a bruise on the arm after a line. We would rather you send a photo to the agreed channel than guess. If the physician wants you to come in because a number needs a face-to-face talk, we move the car. The last in-person visit before a typical home flight is when travel fitness and the written take-home plan are discussed. That conversation belongs to the treating team. We then lock the airport run.

International traveler reviewing a coordinated well-aging plan after screening in Istanbul
A useful result is a baseline and a follow-up path you can keep at home. Individual results vary. Timeframe varies. Not a promised age reversal.

A longevity result is not a younger face in an airport mirror. It is a clearer picture of where you started, a set of decisions a partner physician was willing to stand behind, and a follow-up path you can actually keep. The first useful output is often a baseline: lab numbers with dates, a note about what was discussed, and which optional sessions happened. The second output is a written plan for home. That plan might say watch and repeat, change a habit, share files with your local physician, or, in some cases, continue a carefully limited medical step that was started only after an in-person review. None of that is age reversal. We do not use before-and-after photographs to claim that a week in Istanbul turned a clock backward.

How you feel during the week is a poor final score. Jet lag, skipped meals before a draw, a long infusion, salt, heat, and a night of poor sleep can all change energy. Some people feel lighter after hydration. Some people feel tired after a long facility day. Some people feel nothing dramatic and that can still be a successful program if the files they take home are complete. Individual results vary. Timeframe varies. A vitamin level can take weeks to shift after a change. A hormone conversation can take months of repeat testing before anyone should call it a result. Sleep and training habits show their value after you are back in your own kitchen, not on day three.

Honest limits of wellness travel belong in the same paragraph as hope. A short stay cannot replace years of movement, food, alcohol patterns, night shift work, or untreated disease. An IV does not cancel a diet you will not keep. NAD+ does not stand in for sleep. A hormone discussion does not become a guaranteed number on a later lab sheet. Some findings need care that should start at home, not in a traveler's calendar: a new high sugar, a heart question, a breast or prostate concern, a mental-health crisis. In those cases the useful result is a clear referral and a decision to pause elective wellness. That is still a coordinated outcome. It is not a failed holiday.

Follow-up is where a program either becomes real or fades into a folder of PDFs. After you return, your coordinator keeps a channel open. The partner physician's instructions decide when to repeat labs, which symptoms should trigger a message, and whether a video or written review is useful. We can help you organize files so your home physician can read them. We cannot become your local clinic. If you start a medicine, the person who prescribed it owns the monitoring rules. If you start only habits, we can still check in on whether the plan is understandable. Photographs in this article show coordination, travel, and conversation. They are editorial scenes, not proof that a body was reversed. We do not invent patient names or stories to sit under a picture.

Longevity & Healthy Ageing: Safety, privacy, and responsibilities

Clinical responsibility sits with the partner physician and the partner facility. They decide whether you are a candidate for each part of the program after an in-person exam and labs, which tests to run, whether an IV or NAD+ session proceeds, whether hormone support is even a discussion, and what you must do after you leave the building. Estefulya Global does not write those orders. We make sure you can reach the people who do, and that travel does not quietly fight the medical plan. If a safety concern appears (fever after a line, chest pain, fainting, a severe headache, or a reaction during or after an infusion), we treat it as urgent coordination: contact the treating team, move a car, delay a flight if they ask.

Every medical step carries risk. Blood draws can bruise. IV lines can infiltrate, infect, or cause inflammation in a vein. Fluids and additives can stress the heart or kidneys in the wrong person. Allergic reactions happen. NAD+ sessions can bring flushing, nausea, or a tight feeling in the chest for some people, which is why a physician may slow or stop a session. Hormone treatment, when it is offered at all, has its own risks: clots, effects on fertility, mood change, prostate or breast concerns, and the simple risk of treating a number that did not need treating. Percentages on a webpage cannot describe your case. Your physician should talk in the language of your case, including what would stop a session on the day.

Privacy is part of safety. Laboratory files and hormone notes are identifiable health information. We share them only with coordinators and the relevant partner physicians for assessment and care coordination. Transfer is encrypted. Storage is limited to that purpose. We do not sell files. We do not post your results. The partner facility will have its own medical-record rules, which we cannot override. Your responsibilities are ordinary and important. Tell the truth about medicines, supplements, pregnancy possibility, prior clots, and cancer history. Follow fasting and medicine instructions. Keep the coordinator's number where you can find it at 2:00 AM. If someone sounds as if Estefulya will run the drip or write the hormone plan, stop and ask us to restate who does what.

Longevity & Healthy Ageing: Costs and what a quote can include

There is no honest public price list that fits every longevity program. Screening depth, extra imaging, the number of physician reviews, whether IV or NAD+ sessions are even appropriate, hormone work-up versus watchful waiting, facility type, and how many nights you stay in a hotel all move the number. Anyone offering a single figure before history, records, and a physician's view is guessing. We wait for a personalised preliminary assessment and a partner plan, then we explain the quote in parts you can read.

A coordination quote usually covers the planning work: matching, itinerary, airport transfers that we arrange, interpreter time if booked through us, and follow-up messaging after you go home. The medical quote from the partner side usually covers the physician, the laboratory, the facility, and any sessions they define on those lines. The hotel is often a separate invoice. Flights are almost always yours. Tests ordered at home, extra nights, companion meals, and medicines or supplements you buy at a pharmacy are typically extra. If a line is unclear, ask us to label it as medical, facility, hotel, or coordination before you pay that line.

Quotes can change if the in-person exam or the first labs show that an infusion should not happen, that more tests are needed, or that a hormone conversation should wait. We would rather send an updated breakdown than hide a surprise in a bundle name. Payment timing follows the partner facility's rules and our coordination terms, which your coordinator will put in writing. Insurance coverage for international wellness travel is uncommon. If you have a policy you want to try, bring the documents early. We do not promise reimbursement, and we share a labelled quote once a partner plan exists.

Pricing follows assessment and the partner plan. We share a labelled quote once that plan exists.

FAQ

Is the Fulya office a wellness clinic?

You meet us at our Fulya office to talk a healthy-ageing path through. The medical work takes place with the independent physicians you are matched with. We stay with you after you fly home.

Who designs and delivers the medical parts of a program?

A partner physician designs and delivers the medical parts at a partner facility. That person decides which labs to order, whether an IV or NAD+ session is appropriate, whether hormone support is even a discussion, and what aftercare you must follow. Estefulya coordinators do not start drips and do not replace that physician on a care day. We confirm cars, hotels, interpreters, and the calendar. Use the in-person consult for questions only the treating doctor can answer.

What is a personalised preliminary assessment?

It is a written planning note based on your goals, your history, and, when useful, records or recent labs. A coordinator prepares the file. A relevant partner physician may add comments on what the history suggests and what must wait for an exam and new blood work. The note is not a prescription, not a booking, and not a promise that NAD+ or hormones will be included. After you arrive, the plan can change because the exam and fresh results are clearer in the room than on a screen.

Why do labs matter before infusions or hormone discussions?

Labs give the partner physician a baseline and a safety screen. Kidney and liver function, blood counts, sugar, electrolytes, and selected hormone or vitamin markers can change whether a drip is wise and whether hormone talk should start, wait, or never begin. An infusion without that context can stress a system that was already under load. A hormone conversation without a baseline is a guess you will have to unwind later. Many people still need a fresh draw in Istanbul because timing, travel, and missing pages change what a remote review can trust.

Is this a fixed anti-aging protocol with NAD+ and hormones for everyone?

No. We coordinate a program, not a miracle protocol. Health assessment comes first. Metabolic health, nutrition, sleep, muscle, lifestyle, and specialist matching sit around that baseline. Supportive therapies such as IV support, ozone, or hyperbaric oxygen are options a partner physician may use, skip, or sequence differently. They are not required for a healthy-ageing week to be useful.

Who should wait or needs more evaluation before traveling?

People who are pregnant, trying to conceive this cycle, or breastfeeding often need to pause elective infusions and hormone experiments. Uncontrolled long-term illness, a recent hospital stay, active infection, unstable heart or kidney questions, and active cancer care are reasons to wait or choose a different visit. If you want hormones or drips because of a podcast and you have no labs, start with screening. Estefulya does not diagnose you. A partner physician decides fitness after an in-person review.

How long do people usually stay in Istanbul for a longevity program?

Many screening-led plans are discussed as several days in the city. When more than one review and optional sessions are likely, coordinators often talk about a week. That is a planning range, not a guaranteed number of nights. Extra tests, a postponed infusion, or a long-haul flight can add time. We align hotel and transfers to the window the partner team recommends. Flying home the morning after a first blood draw is usually too soon.

What follow-up do I get after I fly home?

The relationship continues after you fly. Your coordinator stays available, and we keep the treating physician in the loop. You send questions about symptoms, repeat labs, and how to share reports with your doctor at home. Early messages are for safety and clarity, not for judging whether you look younger. If something feels wrong, you contact us so we can reach the treating team quickly.

What are the honest limits of wellness travel?

A short stay cannot replace years of sleep, food, movement, alcohol patterns, or untreated disease. Jet lag can distort how you feel and, at times, how a number should be read. An IV is not a reset. NAD+ is not an aging cure. Hormone discussions do not guarantee a later lab result. Some findings should send you home to local care rather than into more elective sessions. Individual results vary. Timeframe varies. Istanbul can give you a coordinated baseline, supervised options, and a follow-up channel. It cannot sell you a new age.

How are costs decided if there is no public price list?

Pricing follows the assessment and the partner plan. Screening depth, extra tests, physician reviews, whether IV or NAD+ sessions occur, hotel nights, and whether an interpreter is booked all change the total. We break quotes into coordination, medical and facility, and hotel lines when those are billed separately. Flights are usually yours. Extra nights, pharmacy items, and tests at home are typically extra. If the in-person exam or the first labs change the plan, we send an updated breakdown. Ask for the labelled quote before you pay a line you do not understand.

Which languages can coordinators use?

Coordinators work in English. Depending on who is assigned to your file, Arabic, German, or French may also be available. Tell us your preferred language in the first WhatsApp or form message so we do not assign you to a thread you cannot read comfortably. Interpreter support at the partner facility is arranged when the medical conversation needs a language the treating team does not share. The interpreter is for consent and clinical talk, not for tourism. Written summaries after visits help you check that everyone heard the same restrictions around fasting, sessions, and medicines.

Which airports do you use for pickup?

We plan airport transfers from Istanbul Airport (IST) and from Sabiha Gokcen Airport (SAW). You choose the flight. We need the correct airport, terminal if you have it, and any delay updates. Drive time depends on traffic, bridges, tunnels, and which side of the city your hotel is on. A late arrival usually goes straight to the hotel so a next-morning draw is safer. A morning arrival can include an office or facility visit if you are rested and not required to fast until later. Send the ticket as soon as you book so the driver is not waiting at the other airport.

How does this differ from a health check-up journey?

A health check-up journey is built around a structured screening week and the reports you take home. A longevity program still uses assessment as the frame, then looks at metabolic health, nutrition, sleep, muscle, lifestyle, and the specialists that file needs. Supportive therapies enter only if a partner physician judges them appropriate. Many people who write about healthy ageing actually need a check-up path first. If your records are thin or your goals are mainly diagnostic, we may say so in the preliminary assessment.

How do I start a longevity conversation?

Send a WhatsApp message or complete the inquiry form on this website. Share your name, country, and what you want from a healthy-ageing week: assessment, energy, sleep, nutrition, muscle, or specialist advice. Recent lab files are welcome later. A coordinator will reply with the next useful step. You are not booking a therapy by filling the form.
